Tip 8: Get moving!

I get it, after a busy, stressful day, it’s nice to lie on your sofa and and watch some television.

It’s ‘nice’, but it’s not necessary ‘good’ for you. At least, not unless you’ve moved first!

Today there are plenty of tools and apps that can help you stay fit. I personally use a fitbit  to keep track of my daily steps (and many other things). But as I said, there are many other solutions! My point is: there are no excuses!
