Tip 1: Whatever you do, keep on breathing!

Welcome again!

I am proud to present the first tip in a series of 10.

Today we will concentrate on the breathing in order to stay calm or calm down, whatever is necessary.

There are many techniques out there, but I think this is one of the easiest to learn and to implement.

Enjoy the video

(I was told the sound can be quite low on some computers. If that is the case for you, please put it to the maximum or use headphones. From my side, I’ll do everything to solve this as quickly as possible! Thanks for your understanding! In the meantime, you can find a transcript of this video here.)

Make sure you plan some moments to practice so youโ€™re ready to use it whenever you need it!

PS: If youโ€™re curious to also explore other techniques, have a look at heart coherence.
